Above you will find the report from our September 7 forum on the Coastal Wildlife Conservation Initiative.  I’ve attempted to summarize the presentations and capture all comments made.  If you feel your questions, comments, or break-out group responses are not adequately reported, please get in touch.  If you would prefer to have a hard copy of this report, please let me know.

I’d like to thank those of you who took the time to participate in the follow-up survey.  The results and comments submitted are extremely helpful. There were some great ideas that we’ll carry forward into future forums, as well as implementation. 

If you did not respond to the survey but have comments or suggestions on the CWCI framework or the forum itself that you would like to submit, or if you would be interested in participating in a working group, please let me know as soon as possible. Our first working group meeting will take place in early December.

Our next forums is being held December 1 (6-9pm) and 2 (9-noon) at the Sirata Beach Resort, St. Pete Beach.  Should you have colleagues or coworkers in the Tampa Bay area who may be interested in attending, please forward this information or get in touch for copies of the announcement.
